Wash the chicken breast thoroughly. |

Marinate with a bit salt, ginger & garlic paste, pepper,chilli powder and curd to the chicken. Refrigerate it for an hour or two to make it juicy. |

Chop tomato and garlic. |

Heat butter in a deep vessel. |

Shallow fry the chicken breast pieces on both sides until both become brownish. |

Keep the chicken aside and add the chopped garlic to the same deep vessel. |

Fry chopped garlic until turns then add chopped tomatoes and salt. Saute thoroughly. Add chilli powder as per your taste. |

Add grated cheese cube and keep mixing until the cheese melts. Add a little bit of water if it is getting sticky. |
