Directions

1. Take about 1 litre of water in a pan and bring to boil.
2. Add the pasta and cover the pan with a lid and reduce the flame to low for about 10 minutes. Check when the pasta gets cooked and then remove from flame.
3. Take another pan and sauté chopped onions and tomatoes. Place it aside in another bowl.
4. Take milk and add in a another pan. Add half cup of water from the pasta broth and let it boil.
5. Add half tsp wheat flour to the pan, and mix it well. Let the mixture thicken.
6. Add the sautéed onions and tomatoes in the pan and cook for a minute.
7. Add salt, pepper and oregano with ketchup and give the mixture a good stir.
8. Add the cooked pasta in the ready sauce and mix.
