Pasta with Spinach and Chicken
A non-dairy pasta is full of protein and super tasty.
|Boil pasta according to package directions. Drain well and set aside. Dice the chicken breast and saute in a little oil.
|As the chicken turns white add minced garlic and chopped spinach, let them cook for few minutes.
|Add parsley then add salt according to your preference. Add the boiled pasta along with a tablespoon of soya sauce to taste.
|Serve in a plate and add a boiled egg cut in half if desired.
