Ingredients

Directions

1. Cut the veggies into cubes and wash them. Then sash the dal.
2. Put all the veggies and dal into pressure cooker and some water then add salt and turmeric then close the lid. Wait for 1 -2 whistle. Then wait some time and remove the lid.
3. In a pan heat some oil, then add 1-2 lal mirch, 1 tej patta, then some cumin seeds and pancha phutana.
4. Let it crackle and then add the boiled tomato from pressure cooker.
5. Add 2 tbsp curry powder. Saute for 1 minute and then add all the cooked dal and veggies.
6. Sprinkle some roasted jeera and laal mirch powder.
