||Put all the veggies and dal into pressure cooker and some water then add salt and turmeric then close the lid. Wait for 1 -2 whistle. Then wait some time and remove the lid.
||In a pan heat some oil, then add 1-2 lal mirch, 1 tej patta, then some cumin seeds and pancha phutana.
||Let it crackle and then add the boiled tomato from pressure cooker.
||Add 2 tbsp curry powder. Saute for 1 minute and then add all the cooked dal and veggies.
||Sprinkle some roasted jeera and laal mirch powder.
