Make julienne of zucchini in the shape of noodles. |

In a pan take 1tbsp of salted butter and saute the zucchini for 3-4 minutes. |

Take out the zucchini in a bowl. |

For sauce, take 2 tbsp of salted butter then add fresh cream and stir. |

Add preferably cheddar cheese or any cheese of your choice and stir continuously. |

Add garlic powder and herbs like oregano thyme and chilli flakes. |

Cook the sauce on medium flame for 3-4 minutes. |

Pour the sauce on zucchini noodles and garnish with basil leaves. |
