Directions

1. Make julienne of zucchini in the shape of noodles.
2. In a pan take 1tbsp of salted butter and saute the zucchini for 3-4 minutes.
3. Take out the zucchini in a bowl.
4. For sauce, take 2 tbsp of salted butter then add fresh cream and stir.
5. Add preferably cheddar cheese or any cheese of your choice and stir continuously.
6. Add garlic powder and herbs like oregano thyme and chilli flakes.
7. Cook the sauce on medium flame for 3-4 minutes.
8. Pour the sauce on zucchini noodles and garnish with basil leaves.
